Hills Winter Sleepout

Hills Football and our member clubs are proud to be supporting the 2017 Hills Winter Sleepout.

What is the Hills Winter Sleep Out – 2017?
The Hills Winter Sleep Out is a unique, overnight event that aims to raise awareness of homelessness and the factors such as DV (domestic violence), financial hardship or a mental illness that can lead to homelessness in the Hills. The Sleep Out also aims to raise vital funds for local charities who work with the homeless, victims of domestic violence and the financially disadvantaged in the Hills community.

This year the sleep out will be held at Bella Vista Farm offering participants the opportunity to gain an insight into what it would like to be homeless and to rough it on the streets.

This year the sleep out will be supporting three charities:

Hills Community Aid.
Lisa Harnum Foundation.
Give and Take.
Participants have the choice of shelter or no shelter when they register to participate and are asked to collect sponsorship from their friends, family, workmates etc. The price of registration, sponsorship money and donations are all TAX DEDUCTIBLE.

We are calling as many players, coaches, managers and officials to register for this great event or donate to the cause
