The Hills Football Development Program (HFDP) is an initiative to give access to ALL Hills Footballers, both boys and girls aged between 8 and 13 the chance to develop their skills at an affordable rate. The program is for players of all ability, skill level and division. This model is designed to increase participation and time on the ball with an age group focus to ensure the best possible development outcomes. Participating players could be identified for future talent identification programs and opening pathways at various levels.
The aim of the program is to give players access to high quality coaching at a world class facility.
The HFDP is for all players registered with a Hills Football club aged 8 to 13. The program is for boys and girls at all levels and positions.
Bernie Mullane Sports Complex, Kellyville (on the new Artificial Pitches) *
* should the artificial fields not be ready in time, the program will continue at Bernie Mullane on the grass fields.
Starting on the 28th May, finishing on the 6th August (we do not train on the Queen’s Birthday Holiday)
The HFDP is an 11 week program. Each training session is for 1 Hour.
All participants receive 8 training sessions under the guidance of Hills Football Qualified Coaches. All sessions will follow FFAs Skill Acquisition Training Phase modules under to watchful eye of Technical Director and Former Socceroo, Steve O’Connor.
All Participants play 3 games during the program
At the end of the program, Hills Football will select and “All Star” team and play against Hills United FC in a trial game.
Each participant will receive a Hills Football Jersey and Deploy Football to keep. All players will be insured under Football NSWs insurance policy.
The cost of the program is $195 per participant
